FREE Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery on all orders - no additional charges when you get to the checkout. 

Royal Mail aim for next day delivery but it isn't guaranteed, if you would like to guarantee your order gets to it's destination the following day please select the "Special Delivery" option which is just £2.95

All orders received by 3.00pm Monday-Friday will be despatched the same day on Royal Mail 1st class delivery throughout the UK.    Any  orders placed at the weekend will be despatched on Monday. Orders despatched on Friday will be delivered the following Monday (there is an option to pay for a Saturday delivery if required).  

If there is no-one to accept the delivery, a card will be left giving details of how to collect the parcel.  We do not ship overseas (as the balloons will deflate at a certain altitude).

Balloons can be sent to HM Forces (BFPO) provided it is within the UK.

We can't ship to Northern Ireland (sorry), UK mainland only.
